A custom piece typically takes up to 3-5 weeks to produce before ready, depending on the type of jewelry and process.
Order Process
Via the contact form, you can reach out with specifics of your desired custom piece. I will need the following information from you.
1. Type of jewelry
2. Size
For wrist circumference measurements: Use a soft measuring tape. Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, lining up the end of the tape with the opposite side of the tape.
3. Budget
4. Date desired
5. Specific details
From this point, we can discuss options and look at models to figure out which design is best for you. You can share pictures of inspiration and/or references of pieces.
Prices
Total price will be calculated once I have collected every information about the type of order being placed. I will make sure that we have agreed on a price before working on your piece. After the total price is confirmed, a deposit will be requested.
Local pickup is possible if you live in NYC. Shipping is limited to the US at this time (shipping costs will be added to the final price of the order).
I am currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. For custom orders -- After a design and size is agreed upon, you will be sent photos of wax models before proceeding with casting. Once we have agreed on a wax model for casting, I will not be able to accept returns.
